Vocational rehabilitation (VR) is a federal program that helps persons with educational/physical disabilities or health conditions obtain meaningful careers. The program offers tuition assistance and support for an Associate or Bachelors Degree in addition to technical certificates. 

If your child has been identified to be eligible for this program, the first step is to complete and return the attached referral form. Once received, you will be scheduled for an intake meeting with the VR Counselor at Schoolhouse to learn more about the program and available services.
 
Once the intake is done, Dr. Pedro Saez who is a clinical psychologist will see your child at Schoolhouse to conduct a free Psychoeducational evaluation in addition to a Career aptitude assessment.
La rehabilitación vocacional (VR) es un programa federal que ayuda a personas con discapacidades educativas/físicas o condiciones de salud a obtener carreras significativas. El programa ofrece asistencia para la matrícula y apoyo para un título de Asociado o Grado Universitario, además de certificados técnicos.

Si su hijo/a es determinado elegible para este programa. El primer paso es completar y devolver el formulario de derivación adjunto. Una vez recibido, se le programará una reunión de admisión con el Orientador de VR en Schoolhouse para conocer más sobre el programa y los servicios disponibles.

​Una vez realizada la admisión, el Dr. Pedro Saez, psicólogo clínico, verá a su hijo en Schoolhouse para realizar una evaluación psicoeducativa gratuita. Tambien se realizara una evaluación de aptitud de carrera.
