Step 1. Create a Federal Student Aid ID for STUDENT and for one PARENT.
Step 2. Apply for FAFSA

In addition to FAFSA, the College Board CSS-financial aid profile  uses this profile to award money from private sources to schools like the University of Miami, whereas, the FAFSA is used to award public or government funds.  Please visit their site to apply online. 
Students enroll in VR during the summer prior to Senior Year. VR assists students with a learning disability prepare and plan for college and employment success after high school.  This is a federal program and applies to anywhere in the United States. VR will fund colleges and Technical Schools at the state rate, and ensure that their clients attain and maintain successful employment.
